Korean BBQ fans in Singapore will soon have a new dining spot to check out at VivoCity.
Kott-Don 360, a Korean BBQ specialist known for its 360-hour wet-aged meats, is opening its second outlet at VivoCity on 15 June 2026. The new restaurant follows its earlier mall outlet at Paya Lebar Quarter and brings together premium meats, Korean-inspired interiors and table-side grilling service under one roof.
The VivoCity outlet is also described as the brand’s most immersive dining space to date, with a cave-inspired entrance, Hanok-style design elements and exclusive Hanwoo beef offerings.
Korean BBQ In A Hanok-Inspired Dining Space
Located at VivoCity, the new Kott-Don 360 outlet has been designed to offer diners more than just a meal.
Guests enter through a cave-inspired entrance, which leads into a warm dining space featuring Hanok-style roofing, wooden textures and soft ambient lighting. The interior takes inspiration from traditional Korean architecture while keeping the space modern and comfortable for casual gatherings.
The restaurant also includes traditional-style seating areas, making it suitable for group meals with family and friends.
To complete the Korean BBQ experience, staff provide table-side grilling service, helping diners grill selected meats to their preferred doneness. This is especially useful for those who want to enjoy premium cuts without worrying too much about overcooking them.
Known For Its 360-Hour Wet-Aged Meats
At the centre of the Kott-Don 360 experience is its meat preparation process.
Before ageing, selected cuts are prepared using the brand’s signature “flower-cut” technique. This involves precise angled cuts scored into the meat to create a floral pattern. Beyond presentation, the technique is designed to improve texture and help the meat cook more evenly on the grill.
The meats are then aged for around 360 hours in vacuum-sealed conditions through a controlled wet-ageing process. According to the brand, this allows natural enzymes to tenderise the meat while enhancing its flavour.
Unlike dry ageing, wet ageing helps preserve the meat’s natural juiciness while improving tenderness and consistency. Each batch is also trimmed before serving.
Duroc Black Pork, Jeju Black Pork & Hanwoo Beef
Diners can expect a curated selection of meats including Duroc Black Pork, Jeju Black Pork and Hanwoo Beef.
Exclusive to the VivoCity outlet is a premium Hanwoo beef selection. Hanwoo is Korea’s native cattle breed, known for its marbling, tenderness and rich flavour.
For sharing, Kott-Don 360 is introducing Hanwoo Beef Sets from S$268 for members. Each set includes approximately 450g of Hanwoo beef across a variety of premium cuts, along with Hanwoo Ssam Bap, a traditional rice dish served with soybean paste.
Those looking for a more accessible Korean BBQ option can consider the Kott-Don Sets from S$75.90++ for members. These sets feature a selection of premium meats and accompaniments that highlight the brand’s 360-hour aged meat concept.
Membership is free to join and gives diners access to member pricing on selected items and set menus.
Korean Dishes, Soups & Refillable Banchan
Beyond BBQ meats, the VivoCity outlet will also serve Korean dishes and soups.
Menu highlights include Beef Tartare Bibimbap, priced at S$31++ for non-members and S$26++ for members. The dish comes with wagyu beef tartare, shredded egg, seaweed, water spinach, pasteurised egg yolk and ssamjang.
For something lighter and refreshing, diners can try the Cold Kimchi Noodle, priced at S$16.90++ for non-members and S$14.90++ for members. It features soft noodles in a chilled fermented kimchi broth with cucumber, seaweed and boiled egg.
Soup options include the Kettle-Pot Fish Cake Soup, priced at S$55++ for non-members and S$45++ for members. It is served with imported Busan fish cake skewers in a traditional kettle pot, with broth made from radish, leek and anchovy stock.
There is also Black Pork Kimchi Soup at S$18.90++, made with Duroc black pork, kimchi, tofu and spring onions.
Both soups are served in refillable portions, so diners can enjoy them warm throughout the meal.
Guests can also look forward to refillable Korean banchan such as house-made kimchi prepared fresh daily, japchae, pickled radish and kelp noodle salad. Premium side dishes include pork tangsuyuk, tteokbokki and cheese steamed egg.
Opening Promotion From 15 June 2026
To mark the opening of its VivoCity outlet, Kott-Don 360 will run a limited-time launch promotion from 15 June 2026.
Guests who sign up for a complimentary membership will receive a free 150g serving of pork belly with a minimum spend.
The promotion is limited to one redemption per bill and available while stocks last. The voucher can be redeemed on the guest’s next visit within one month from the date of issuance. Other terms and conditions apply.
Pro Tip
Since the opening promotion is available while stocks last, diners planning to visit during the launch period may want to head down earlier or check with the outlet before making a trip. VivoCity can also get crowded on weekends, especially around meal times, so booking ahead is recommended if reservations are available.
