Fishball noodle fans looking for an affordable meal next week can add this deal to their makan plans.
Homegrown heritage brand LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles is celebrating its fifth consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition with a special promotion, offering its Traditional Teochew Fishball Noodles for $5 a bowl from 24 to 28 August 2026.
The deal will be available at 11 participating LiXin outlets across Singapore, including locations at Jewel Changi Airport, VivoCity, NEX, Raffles City and Causeway Point.
Michelin currently lists LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles as a Bib Gourmand establishment in its 2026 Singapore Guide. The brand first entered the Bib Gourmand selection in 2022.
$5 LiXin Fishball Noodles For Five Days

From Monday, 24 August to Friday, 28 August 2026, diners can get LiXin’s signature Traditional Teochew Fishball Noodles for $5 at participating outlets.
The dish features noodles tossed with LiXin’s signature chilli sauce and topped with freshly fried crispy pork lard.
Of course, the main attraction is its fishballs. LiXin says its fishballs, fishcakes and fish dumplings are made fresh daily with 100% yellowtail fish without fillers or surimi — something also stated on the brand’s official website.
The $5 promotion is available at these 11 outlets:
- Food Republic at BreadTalk IHQ, Tai Seng
- Food Republic at Causeway Point
- Food Republic at City Square Mall
- ESR BizPark @ Chai Chee
- Chinatown Point
- The Food Place at Raffles City
- Food Junction at Rivervale Mall
- Food Republic at NEX
- Takashimaya Food Hall
- Food Republic at VivoCity
- Food Republic at Jewel Changi Airport
The promotion is not available at LiXin’s Toa Payoh, Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit, Canberra, Square 2, Hougang Mall and Clementi Mall outlets.
It is also unavailable at Food Opera @ ION Orchard, which is undergoing renovation.
LiXin Now Has An Outlet At Jewel Changi Airport
The promotion also comes shortly after LiXin expanded its presence at Food Republic in Jewel Changi Airport.
For travellers and Easties, this means there is another place to get a bowl of the heritage brand’s fishball noodles without heading to its original Toa Payoh stall.
The Jewel Food Republic itself recently reopened following a revamp, bringing together several heritage food names and Michelin Bib Gourmand vendors. You can read more in MSGT’s guide to Food Republic at Jewel Changi Airport and its Michelin Bib Gourmand vendors.
A Singapore Fishball Noodle Brand Dating Back To 1968

LiXin’s story goes back to 1968, when founder Mr Lim Lee Seng started the business from a pushcart.
Now 80, Mr Lim continues to helm the original Toa Payoh stall from Thursday to Sunday, reportedly starting his day as early as 3am.
According to the brand, LiXin has grown to 18 outlets across Singapore while continuing to make its fishballs, fishcakes and fish dumplings fresh daily.
Michelin’s description of the original stall also highlights its handmade fishballs, noodles with chilli sauce and crispy cracklings.
Pro Tip
As the $5 deal only runs for five days and is limited to 11 outlets, check that your preferred LiXin location is participating before heading down. Those visiting during the usual lunch or dinner rush may also want to allow extra time in case the promotion draws a queue.
