CBD workers looking for a quick yakitori fix will soon have more options, as TORIKIZOKU expands its Singapore footprint with two locations in the Central Business District.
Following its Singapore debut at VivoCity earlier this year, the Japanese yakitori chain opened its second local restaurant at 18 Cross in August 2026. A third location is set to follow at One Raffles Place later in September, introducing TORIKIZOKU Express — the brand’s first-ever kiosk concept globally.
The expansion also comes with a menu refresh across its Singapore restaurants from 17 September 2026, including a new $5.90++ Signature Picks range.
TORIKIZOKU 18 Cross Brings The Full Restaurant Experience To The CBD
Located at 18 Cross, 181 South Bridge Road, TORIKIZOKU’s second Singapore outlet follows the full-service restaurant format diners may already be familiar with from VivoCity.
Guests can expect the brand’s yakitori skewers alongside Japanese comfort dishes, making the outlet an option for both weekday lunches and meals after work.
According to 18 Cross’ current tenant listing, the restaurant operates 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm on weekdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Saturdays, while Sundays and public holidays are listed as closed. Readers should check the latest operating hours before visiting.

World-First TORIKIZOKU Express Coming To One Raffles Place
The bigger change will arrive at One Raffles Place, #B1-24/25, where TORIKIZOKU is introducing an entirely new format.
TORIKIZOKU Express is the brand’s first kiosk concept worldwide, designed around quick meals for CBD workers. Instead of focusing solely on the sit-down izakaya experience, the kiosk will offer grab-and-go options suited for lunch breaks, meals between meetings, afternoon snacks and takeaway dinners.
The menu will include yakitori skewers and Tori Takikomi Gohan, or Japanese Chicken Rice Onigiri, from $2.20+.
For something more substantial, bento sets start from $10++ and come with a customisable selection of three yakitori skewers, paired with either rice or salad.
New $5.90++ Signature Picks Launch From 17 September
TORIKIZOKU is also refreshing its menu across all three Singapore locations from 17 September 2026.
A new Signature Picks range priced at $5.90++ will feature selected dishes in heartier portions.
These include Chicken Kamameshi, Chicken Broth Ramen, Chicken Rice Porridge, Teriyaki Chicken Donburi and Ika Geso.
Other dishes joining the Signature Picks range include the brand’s KIZOKUYAKI skewers, Grilled Fluffy Grated Yam, Chicken Nanban and Grilled Liver with Sesame Oil.
TORIKIZOKU’s wider selection of regular skewers and sides will continue to be available at $3.90++.
