KITKAT Chocolate Drink Launches In Singapore At Over 220 Outlets Islandwide

Taking a quick chocolate break just got a little easier in Singapore.

Nestlé Professional Singapore has launched the KITKAT Chocolate Drink, a new beverage inspired by the familiar KITKAT chocolate wafer flavour. The drink is now available at over 220 outlets islandwide, including Burger King, Nan Yang Dao, Kopitiam and Koufu.

For anyone who usually reaches for a KITKAT during a mid-day break, this new drink gives the same “have a break” idea a new form — this time in a cup.

A KITKAT-Inspired Drink Served Hot Or Iced

The KITKAT Chocolate Drink is described as smooth, creamy and chocolatey, with the signature wafer notes that KITKAT fans will recognise.

It can be enjoyed hot as a comforting chocolate drink, or served over ice for a cooler pick-me-up. This makes it suitable for different parts of the day, whether you are grabbing a drink during lunch, taking a tea break, or looking for something sweet after a meal.

The drink is among the latest offerings from Nestlé Professional Singapore, which works with foodservice operators such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and dining outlets.

Available At Burger King, Nan Yang Dao, Kopitiam & Koufu

Singapore consumers can find the KITKAT Chocolate Drink at selected dining destinations islandwide.

According to the announcement, early operators serving the drink include:

Burger King
Nan Yang Dao
Kopitiam
Koufu

Together, the drink is available across more than 220 outlets in Singapore.

Exact outlet lists and prices were not provided in the announcement, so readers may wish to check directly with the nearest participating outlet before heading down.

Made With Cocoa Sourced Through The Nestlé Cocoa Plan

Beyond the familiar KITKAT flavour, the drink also highlights Nestlé’s cocoa sourcing efforts.

The cocoa used in KITKAT is sourced through the Nestlé Cocoa Plan, Nestlé’s global programme aimed at improving the lives of cocoa farmers and supporting responsibly sourced cocoa across its supply chain.

The programme was launched in 2009 and has worked with cocoa farming communities for more than 15 years.

According to Nestlé, 88.9% of Nestlé’s total cocoa was sourced through the programme in 2024, involving more than 180,000 cocoa farming families across 11 countries and covering nearly 298,000 tonnes of cocoa.

KITKAT also holds a notable place within the programme, as it was the first Nestlé brand to source all its cocoa through the Nestlé Cocoa Plan, using a Rainforest Alliance certified mass balance approach.

Supporting Cocoa Farming Families

Nestlé’s Income Accelerator Program currently supports 30,000 cocoa farming families in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana, with the goal of reaching an estimated 160,000 families by 2030.

The programme is designed to support areas such as farming practices, income generation and community development. According to Nestlé, families in the programme earned 15% more than their peers during one of the most challenging cocoa seasons in recent years.

For consumers, this means the drink is not just positioned as a sweet treat, but also part of a wider cocoa sourcing initiative by Nestlé.

A Familiar Chocolate Break In A New Format

Speaking about the launch, Taimur Ahmed, Business Manager, Nestlé Professional Singapore, shared that KITKAT is more than just a product for many consumers.

“Some brands are just products, KITKAT is a feeling. It’s one that people have grown up with, shared with friends, and reached for in their favourite moments,” he said.

He added that Nestlé Professional Singapore is proud to bring that feeling to more people across Singapore, “one cup at a time”.

For fans of chocolate drinks, the new KITKAT Chocolate Drink offers a simple way to enjoy a familiar flavour while dining out, grabbing takeaway, or taking a short break during the day.

Pro Tip

As the drink is available through multiple operators, prices and availability may vary by outlet. Before making a special trip, check with your nearest Burger King, Nan Yang Dao, Kopitiam or Koufu outlet to confirm if the KITKAT Chocolate Drink is served there.
