Get ready to experience a new level of Japanese dining with Sushi Tei’s latest seasonal menu – “The Nagomi Table”. This special menu celebrates two premium Japanese ingredients: apple-fed Ringo Madai (Red Sea Bream) and Ibaraki Wagyu.

Carefully curated by Sushi Tei’s chefs, each dish is crafted to highlight the natural taste and texture of the ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of fresh sashimi or hearty rice bowls, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Apple-Fed Ringo Madai – Naturally Sweet and Fresh

The Ringo Madai Sashimi ($16.80) is a must-try. This fish is raised on a diet of crisp Japanese apples, giving it a natural sweetness and smooth texture. Each slice is fresh, delicate, and melts in your mouth.

Ibaraki Wagyu – Rich, Juicy, and Tender

Sink your teeth into the Ibaraki Wagyu Don ($30.80). Tender slices of premium wagyu are pan-fried and laid on fluffy Japanese rice. A soft egg tops it all off, adding richness and creaminess to every bite.

Unique Dishes to Explore

There’s more to love on The Nagomi Table menu:

  • Ebi Salad Tapas ($9.80)
A crispy gyoza skin holds creamy prawn salad and flying fish roe. It’s a fun mix of crunch and cream.

  • Kaisen Hoseki Maki ($15.80)
This sushi roll is packed with flavour. Unagi and cucumber form the base, topped with salmon, swordfish, tuna, and capelin roe. The green roe gives each bite a surprise crunch.

  • Takesumi Curry Rice ($16.80)
A black curry made with charcoal dots! This dish comes with omurice, deep-fried prawn, chicken meatballs, and roasted vegetables like pumpkin and eggplant.

Light Finish: Yoghurt Ice Cream

End your meal with the Yoghurt Ice Cream ($4.80). It’s light, creamy, and has a touch of cream cheese flavour — perfect after a hearty Japanese meal.
