Singapore’s favourite halal gourmet burger brand, Burgs, is finally back! After a two-year break, Burgs is making a grand return, unveiling a fresh new look, bold flavours, and an exciting menu at its new standalone restaurant at 16 Bussorah Street (Arab Street).

The revamped outlet, set within a two-storey heritage shophouse, comfortably accommodates up to 100 diners, perfect for burger fans old and new. The space exudes vibrant charm, perfectly complementing Burgs’ innovative and locally inspired gourmet burgers.

Our personal favourite? Got to be the Banana and Peanut Butter Pie.

Fresh New Menu with Signature Touches

Burgs remains committed to quality and flavour, enhancing its signature burgers with homemade sauces and fresh ingredients. The highlight is Burgs’ new signature burger sauce, a delectable caramelized onion puree enriched with aromatic chicken skin. Adding a local twist, homemade pickled green chillies provide a spicy kick, distinctly Singaporean compared to traditional jalapeños.

Burgs’ gourmet burgers feature house-made brioche buns, freshly baked daily using premium Danish butter and slow-proofed for enhanced taste and texture. Each beef patty, hand-pounded from pure beef with the ideal 80:20 meat-to-fat ratio, ensures a juicy, flavour-packed experience.

Menu Highlights:

  • The Original ($11.90): Classic beef patty, signature sauce, American cheese, pickled green chillies.
  • Bae Con ($13.90): Beef patty, crispy turkey bacon, American cheese, and homemade barbecue sauce.
  • Big Bird ($11.90): Crispy fried chicken, iceberg lettuce, homemade buns.
  • Fish & Chips ($13.90): Crispy battered fish, iceberg lettuce, American cheese, smoked tartar sauce.

Upgrade any burger to a meal for just $3.90, complementing your choice with fries and a drink.

Sides & More

Don’t miss Burgs’ famous Nuggies ($4.80/6 pieces, $6.30/9 pieces, $12.00/20 pieces) available in Original and Spicy Seaweed flavours, paired perfectly with house-made sauces like Ranch, Spicy Nacho Cheese, Curry, or Spicy Kicap Manis. Complete your meal with Burgs’ Sig Fries ($5.90), classic Fries ($4.90), or crispy Onion Rings ($4.90).

Quench your thirst with the intriguing Homemade Black Lemonade ($4.90), or satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts such as Banana and Peanut Butter Pie ($3.90) or Fresh Mango Sorbet ($4.90).

Grand Opening Specials

Celebrate Burgs’ exciting return on 23 May 2025 with limited-time specials including a one-day-only Chilli Cheese Burger, available in single or double patties, served with Chilli Cheese Fries. The first 100 customers also receive an exclusive Burgs tote bag (one per receipt).

Additionally, mark your calendars for International Burger Day on 28 May 2025, when Burgs offers 50% off your second burger with every full-price burger purchased.

Experience gourmet burger perfection without breaking the bank. It’s time to rediscover why Singapore loves Burgs—now bigger, bolder, and better than ever!
