Singapore foodies, get excited! Keming Bing Sat, the famous Hong Kong-style café, opens its first Singapore outlet on 22 May 2025. After its huge success with 140 outlets in Hong Kong and China, this popular eatery is ready to charm Singaporeans.

A Taste of Hong Kong in Singapore

Keming Bing Sat first opened its doors in 2019. It quickly became a hit, drawing crowds with long queues across major cities like Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Shanghai. Known for its modern take on the traditional cha chaan teng (tea room), the café has a vibrant, youthful vibe.

Famous for Its Char Siew Rice

The top dish on the menu is the award-winning Char Siew Rice ($10.90). This signature item uses premium char siew roasted fresh daily by a master chef with 40 years of experience. Served with fluffy Wuchang rice and soft-fried eggs, the dish is finished with a secret sauce made from 23 ingredients, including lemongrass and pork lard.

Other menu highlights include:

  • Char Siew Scrambled Egg Rice ($10.90) – creamy scrambled eggs paired with char siew.
  • Heavenly Four Treasures Rice ($11.90) – featuring char siew, luncheon meat, soy sauce chicken wing, and fried egg.
  • Thai Style Curry Beef Brisket Rice ($13.90) – tender beef in Thai curry sauce.

  • Stephen Chow’s Favourite Noodles ($10.90) – comforting instant noodles topped with beef brisket, chicken wing, and luncheon meat.
  • Signature Housemade Bolognese Pasta ($9.90) – baked pasta with rich beef tomato sauce.
  • Classic Stir-fried Beef Hor Fun ($11.90) – traditional wok-fried noodles with smoky ‘wok hei’.

Snacks and Sweet Treats

Snack lovers can try the Happiness Lava Egg Waffles ($3.80/2pcs | $6.90/4pcs) with a creamy cheese filling, or the Lava Ovaltine Toast ($7.90) featuring fluffy toast topped with milk, condensed milk, whipped cream, and Oreo crumble.

The Signature Snack Platter ($8.80) offers Chee Cheong Fun, Garlic Chicken Wing Tips, Curry Fish Balls, and Thai Style Shrimp Rolls all in one.

Viral Little Bear Drinks

Don’t miss their iconic Little Bear Series:

  • Signature Iced Lemon Tea ($4.90) – refreshing tea with a cute bear-shaped ice.
  • Little Bear Iced Hong Kong Milk Tea ($4.90).
  • Dreamy Blue Bear Soda ($5.90).
