Singapore’s First AI Milkshakes Are Now at Jewel Changi

Breadfirst Everyday, a beloved East-meets-West breakfast stall, has moved from Upper Serangoon to Jewel Changi Airport. Known for their rosti and waffle burgers with Thai sauces, the popular hawker brand is now serving a new creation — AI-generated milkshakes!

This bold move marks a new chapter for the three founders: Lex Loi, Zenith, and their chef friend Bear. What started as a humble coffeeshop stall has grown into a lifestyle food brand that’s reaching new heights — and new audiences.

Brunch with a Story

Breadfirst Everyday began as a passion project. Chef Bear, who had worked in restaurants for years, always wanted to serve brunch. His friends, Lex and Zenith, helped him launch a stall to showcase his talent — and the response was huge.

Social media helped their story go viral. Soon, Singaporeans came from all over the island to try their crispy rosti burgers, fluffy waffles, and house-made sauces inspired by Bear’s time at award-winning Nara Thai Cuisine.

From Coffeeshop to Jewel

After their coffeeshop lease ended, the trio received a rare offer to open a kiosk at Jewel Changi. Though the rent was higher, they believed it was a chance to grow.

“This is a dream come true for hawker boys like us,” said Lex. “It’s our chance to bring our food to a global audience.”

Introducing: AI-Generated Milkshakes

Shortly after opening at Jewel, the team realised they needed something new on the menu. Lex turned to AI for help — and it worked! Using ChatGPT, he generated a list of unique milkshake recipes. With a few kitchen tweaks, the team created a delicious lineup of fusion shakes. From Bubblegum to Kaya Durian, each flavour is crafted with unexpected ingredients that somehow just work.

“I never thought AI would help me in the kitchen,” said Lex. “But it saved us so much time and gave us flavours we never imagined!”

Limited-Time Launch Promo

To celebrate the launch and SG60, Breadfirst Everyday is offering 60% off your second milkshake.
Prices start from just S$9.90 for the Bubblegum Milkshake to S$12.90 for the Kaya Durian Milkshake.
