Wine Connection has introduced a new menu that highlights refreshed, favourite dishes featuring enhanced ingredients, alongside new selections. To keep the “wine and dine” experience lively, Wine Connection will offer up to 21 wines by the glass from 15 diverse regions, with prices starting as low as $6.
Look forward to a special promotion: a complimentary glass of house-pour wine with selected main dishes (Lamb Pappardelle, Seafood Bouillabaisse, or Chicken Parmigiana), available from now till 1st December 2024 when you dine in.
With new and fresh additions, the menu debuts include Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings, baked and coated in a zesty BBQ sauce, and a classic French Onion Soup.
Signature seafood dishes include Seafood Bouillabaisse as well as Grilled Octopus, where a whole grilled leg is served atop truffle potato puree and chimichurri sauce.
Hand-stretched pizzas include the Carbonara Pizza and the Tartufo E Funghi Pizza while pastas include Pappardelle, available with Spicy Braised Lamb Shoulder in a rich tomato and red wine sauce or with Creamy Shrimp & Spinach in a garlic-infused sauce topped with Grana Padano.
The menu expands its meat options with an Iberico Pork Chop served with haricot beans, baby carrots, mashed potato, and a choice of sauce. Another hearty option is the Chicken Parmigiana—a breaded, golden chicken breast cutlet topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and paired with Italian-dressed greens.
For dessert, the new Sticky Date Pudding, served with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream or the classic Chocolate Lava Cake offers a sweet finish.
For loyal customers, the menu still includes signature favourites like the Mixed Platter and Cheese Platter, offering prime charcuterie and cheeses, as well as best-selling appetizers like Spanish Style Gambas and Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings.
Seafood lovers can enjoy dishes like Pan-Seared Seabass with Jalapeno Cream and Halibut Fish & Chips while steak lovers can enjoy Australian, grain-fed Angus beef options, including the 150-Day Grain Fed Ribeye and Angus Sirloin, sourced from award-winning, ethically raised cattle.
