Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie, situated poolside at Momentous Hotel Alexandra, has recently enhanced its buffet offerings with exciting new concepts. Available every Friday and Saturday from 6 to 10 pm, guests can indulge in a sumptuous feast accompanied by breathtaking sunset or nighttime views during their weekend buffet dinner.
Weekend Buffet Dinner
The buffet boasts a lavish five-course starter which is served tableside. Featuring delicacies like Hokkaido Scallop Tataki with bottarga and caviar, 24-hour braised Wagyu Beef Brisket, Stuffed Calamari, and Iberico Pork Secreto with lemongrass, you will be spoilt for choice.
The buffet is priced at $98++ per adult and $48++ per child aged 6 to 11, with complimentary pasta and pizza for children under 5. From now until 31 December 2024, with every three paying adults, one dines for free.
In addition, the live flaming barbecue station offers tantalizing options such as Australian Boneless Leg of Lamb, Balinese chicken wings, and Pork Belly Bulgogi, alongside hot dishes like Herb-Stuffed Salt Crusted Whole Barramundi.
Other than European cuisine, there is also Southeast Asian cuisine such as Bush Keluak Beef Brisket with Mantou, and Spanish food like Chorizo Squid Ink Paella.
Semi-Buffet Daily Lunch and Weekday Dinner
For those unable to partake in the weekend festivities, Verandah offers a semi-buffet daily lunch from 12 noon to 2:30 pm, and a weekday semi-buffet dinner from Sunday to Thursday, 6 to 10 pm.
This is priced at $28 per person for lunch and $48 per person for dinner. The Weekday Semi-Buffet Dinner offers diners the full portion size, along with complimentary pasta and pizza for children aged 5 and below.
Diners can relish in a delectable spread featuring side dishes like Garlic Prawns & Clams and Cauliflower Dauphinoise, soups such as Smoked Tomato and Seafood Chowder, and rotating main courses including fresh Fish of the Day.
Additionally, the dinner spread includes a Charcuterie section of Parma Ham and Jamon Serrano, accompanied by Artisan Cheese dishes like Truffle Brie and Gruyere. There are also seafood delicacies like Poached Sea Prawns and Sea Whelk, ensuring a culinary experience to remember.
