Seasonal Spring Series
Exciting news awaits as Kamome Bakery unveils its seasonal Spring Series menu, available exclusively from 1st to 14th April 2024. Featuring ingredients directly imported from Japan including fragrant matcha and delicate sakura flowers, each bite promises a taste of Japan’s vibrant sakura season.
Indulge in delights like the Sakura Mochi Croissant ($7), filled with sakura bean paste and QQ mochi, topped with matcha whipped cream and kinako powder.
For a springtime twist, the Sakura Red Bean Butter Toast ($4) offers a luscious combination of sakura bean paste and butter.
Matcha enthusiasts will rejoice over the Matcha Ganache ($4.50) toast, featuring layers of matcha crumble, ganache, and powder, garnished with yuzu peel for an added zest.
Finally, experience the essence of Japan with the Yomogi Mochi Bun ($4.20), infused with Japanese mugwort and filled with red bean paste and QQ mochi.
While dining in, pair your breads and quench your thirst with their Yuzu Series Beverages, boasting refreshing concoctions steeped or brewed with yuzu, including Yuzu Americano ($5 Hot), Yuzu Tea ($6.90 Hot, $5.90 Iced), Yuzu Fizzy ($5.90 Iced), and Yuzu Milk ($6 Hot, $5 Iced).
Classic Kamome Bakes
Of course, Kamome Bakery’s classic offerings will remain a staple as well. Look forward to the popular Red Bean & Butter ($3.20) and Milk Cream ($3.40) which highlights the softness and milkiness of Kamome’s breads.
Their Hot Dog Bun ($5.50), Kamome Toast ($3.80) as well as sweet delights like Fruit Sandwiches ($5.40 per pc) filled with fresh fruit like strawberries and mango with fresh cream will also be available when you visit.
