Planning your next getaway? There are many great places to dine at but these places offer a super unusual and unique dining experience you can’t find in Singapore in our opinion. If you’re looking for a different culinary adventure around the world, here are some spots to visit which we recommend you add to your itinerary.

  • The Rocks Restaurant Zanzibar (Tanzania)

Located on an island with stunning views of the beach and sea, the Rock Restaurant is aptly named as it sits on a massive rock. It’s perfect for seafood lovers, offering dishes like Grilled Lobster and Grilled Octopus, along with options like Swahili Spaghetti.

Visit https://www.therockrestaurantzanzibar.com/ for more information.

  • 超级·零食很忙 (China)

This place has gained popularity recently for its oversized snacks and drinks, as the name suggests. Essentially a modern supermarket, it offers human-sized versions of familiar items like Oreos and Wang Zai drinks, all at very affordable prices. The only drawback is that they can be challenging to carry home.

  • Ali Barbour’s Cave Restaurant (Kenya)

What makes this place truly unique is the experience of dining in a cave that’s thousands of years old—where else can you find that? It’s especially enchanting in the evenings when they light up candles.

The food is also exceptional, featuring dishes like Homemade Chicken Bouillon, Cave’s Tuna Carpaccio, and vegetarian options such as Eggplant Parmigiana.

Visit https://alibarbours.com/ for more information.

  • ChillOut Ice Lounge (Dubai)

This venue is kept at a super cold temperature of -6 degrees Celsius, creating a winter-like experience. You’ll be provided with a jacket, gloves, and shoes to stay warm.

The interior, designed to look like ice, is incredibly cool. Here, you can enjoy a variety of hot dishes and beverages, such as soups, barbecues, and hot chocolates, offering a cozy contrast to the frosty environment.
