The Feather Blade Steakhouse embarks on a new chapter as it unveils its second outlet at 225 East Coast Road. This expansion features a seafood bar alongside exclusive surf and turf dishes, additional sides and sauces.
The new outlet remains true to The Feather Blade’s core principle of serving unconventional cuts of beef, notably the feather blade steak.
The concept aims to blend the robust flavours of the land with the delightful offerings from the sea, delivering a unique surf and turf steakhouse experience.
On the East Coast menu, options include the Original/O.G. Steak ($24) or the enticing Smokey Binchotan Steak ($28).
Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in a Swordfish Belly “Steak” ($28) for the complete surf and turf experience or try the Miso Aubergine ($7) topped with feta cheese and toasted cashews for a non-meat option.
Add on a variety of steakhouse sauces like Wasabi Cream ($2.50), Sansho Peppercorn ($3.50) and Miso Mustard ($2.50) or indulge in extra toppings like Foie Gras ($20), Ikura ($3) and Onsen Egg ($3) to elevate the experience.
The seafood bar offers fresh Canadian Oysters (from $7 per pair) to zesty Norwegian Salmon Carpaccio ($14) alongside Jumbo Crab Cocktail and Shrimp Cocktail ($18.50 each) for a deeper dive into the flavours of the sea.
In addition to the steaks, new exclusive mains include Sandos featuring Steak ($34), Swordfish Belly ($32) and Cheesy Egg ($21) nestled between toasted Japanese milk bread.
For more appetizers, add on sides such as Charred White Corn with Tarragon Cream Sauce ($9) and Triple-cooked Beef Fat Fries ($8).
To celebrate the opening of the second outlet, The Feather Blade Steakhouse is offering a series of promotions:

- Happy Shucking Hour before 7pm where naked oysters are only $2.50++ per piece with every drink ordered (maximum 6 pieces).
