Look forward to three new dishes exclusively available at the VivoCity outlet, specially created to cater to the palates of tourists and families who frequent the area.
Employing traditional Hunan-style cooking techniques to let the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients shine through, Nong Geng Ji continues to offer dishes that celebrate the traditional and authentic flavours of Hunan cuisine.

A dish hailing from rural Hunan, often prepared for banquets, the Braised Pork with Preserved Mustard Greens ($24.90) sees premium-quality pork slow-braised for hours, resulting in a fork-tender texture and a palate-enveloping flavour.
The preserved mustard greens help temper the unctuousness of the meat, providing a nice crunch in every bite and goes well with rice or noodle.
Relish a taste of home cooking with the Tea Oil Stir-Fried Kampung Chicken ($23.90) that is best enjoyed with rice as the sauce coats and perfumes the grains.
Originating from the Hengyang region, this dish entails stir-frying kampung chicken with tea oil, adding a herbaceous lift and fragrance to the overall dish.
Complement the meat dishes with the Stir-Fried Hunan Bok Choy with Crispy Pork Lard ($13.90). The bok choy, sourced from Hengyang, is touted as the king of ingredients in Hunan.
This seasonal delight is only available for 60 days per year, stir-fried with crispy pork lard for an enticing aroma and naturally sweet flavour.
In addition to these new offerings, Nong Geng Ji’s signature dishes, including Stir-Fried Pork with Abalone and Chilli, Stir-Fried Beef with Fried Chilli and Signature Grass Fish Fillet with Chilli, will be available at the VivoCity outlet.
