At the heart of Sarai’s new menu is the commitment to deliver an authentic Thai dining experience, known as สำรับ (sumrub), where each dish serves as a gateway to a world of gastronomic delight and cultural richness.

Indulge in innovative creations such as Kanom Pang Nar Puja ($28++), a crispy fried delight filled with crab meat, pork, marinated shrimp eggs complemented by a tangy plum dipping sauce.

For a refreshing twist, try the Yum Ma Maung Kai Kem Goong Sod ($28++), a spicy and sour mango salad enhanced with salted egg yolk, prawns, and crispy fish

If you prefer curries try the Gaeng Kee Lek Nuea Yang ($36++), featuring succulent grilled Wagyu beef simmered in a fragrant broth enriched with Siamese cassia.

Vegetarians can savour the aromatic Panang ($28++), a delightful curry showcasing plant-based protein in a rich and creamy sauce.

Other meatless options include Hu Saa Raai Nung Manao ($28++) and Tau Hu Oob Woonsen ($24++) that present tantalizing combinations of flavors and textures that are sure to satisfy discerning palates.

Another highlight is the Pla Tod Nam Pla ($48++), featuring crispy fried seabass bathed in a special fish sauce and end off your meal with the classic Thai dessert, Tab Tim Grob ($16++), featuring crunchy water chestnuts bathed in chilled coconut milk.
