La Pizzaiola has opened a new branch in the vibrant neighborhood of Bukit Timah with an array of new dishes to its menu. Founded by Chef Loris Massimini of Ristorante Pietrasanta, La Pizzaiola features Italian staples including antipasti, pasta and pizza prepared in a traditional oven imported from Italy.

Visitors to the new location can enjoy fresh flavours beginning with appetizers like Gamberetti e Bianchetti Fritti ($20.90), where fleshy whitebait and sweet baby prawns are deep-fried until golden and crunchy.

The Saute di Vongole ($20.90) offers a plateful of Asari clams poached in a light tomato broth, while the Caprese Salad ($21.90) features fresh tomatoes paired with Italian mozzarella, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar reduction.

Zucca Prosciutto e Gorgonzola

The pizza selection introduces new and exciting options such as Ai 4 Pomodori ($22.90), which boasts tomatoes in four variations—sauce, sun-dried, fresh, and confit—topped with Mozzarella Fior di Latte and basil leaves.

Another intriguing option is the Zucca Prosciutto e Gorgonzola ($26.90), which replaces the traditional tomato sauce base with pumpkin puree, and is topped with mozzarella Fior di Latte, gorgonzola cheese, and slices of Parma ham.

Spaghetti alla Vongole

Pasta dishes continue to delight, with offerings like the Spaghetti alla Vongole ($24.90), featuring al dente spaghetti with de-shelled clams in a white wine sauce and the Risotto ai Gamberi, Zucchini e Limone ($24.90), a zesty risotto cooked with prawns and zucchini in a lemon-zested prawn bisque.

Filetto di Branzino all Isolana

The hot mains section features delectable additions such as Brasato di Manzo Con Salsa Verde ($32.90), a beef brisket slow-cooked for 24 hours in a Piedmont green sauce, served with mashed potatoes, and the Filetto di Branzino all Isolana ($32.90), a whole seabass filet baked with onions, capers, black olives, and tomatoes in white wine.

Completing the dining experience, a wide selection of Italian wines, personally curated by Chef Loris is available by the glass or bottle, starting from $10 per glass.

In addition to the new offerings, diners can enjoy La Pizzaiola’s classic and crowd-favourite dishes as well. For more information or to see the full menu, visit http://www.lapizzaiola.com.sg/
