Since the renovation of the kopitiam in Jurong Point, it has transformed into a charming space with several food stalls. After sampling from all these stalls, there are a few that have become my favourites. Here are some food stalls in the Kopitiam Food Hall that Westies should check out:
-
Good Life
Their mala dish is notably quote spicy, even at the lowest spice level, but it’s authentically crafted with a variety of ingredients such as luncheon meat, cauliflower, the usual Maggie noodles, and chicken.
What sets this stall apart is its dedicated seating area within the kopitiam, ensuring that customers who order their food will always have a guaranteed seat.
-
Tanoshi Ramen
Their ramen stands out with a delicious soup base and tender meat, which is impressive for a kopitiam food stall.
I recommend trying their dishes like the dry truffle ramen and spicy soup ramen when you visit. They are definitely worth trying for their quality relative to the price.
-
Ah Ma Chi Mian
This noodle stall offers a variety of options including fishball noodles, Ah Ma laksa, Ah Ma’s specialty noodle, and more.
Customers can also customise their orders with add-ons such as sliced abalone, scallops, and other ingredients.
-
Lechon Pinoy
Known for its exceptional crispy and tender pork belly, this place also offer classic options like chopped lechon with rice, as well as more adventurous dishes like crispy lechon sisig meals.
Highly recommended for local food enthusiasts!
