Genki Sushi fans, the sushi plushies are back.
After its first plushie sling bag collection reportedly sold out across all outlets in just 10 days, Genki Sushi Singapore is launching a second Genki Sushi Squad collection from 18 June 2026.
This time, four new characters will join the line-up: Ebi Fry-chan, Unagi-chan, Kani-san and Maguro-kun.
The new drop will launch alongside Kyushu Adventure, a limited-time menu featuring 15 Kyushu-inspired dishes available at all 21 Genki Sushi outlets islandwide from 18 June to 26 July 2026, while stocks last.
Four New Genki Sushi Squad Plushie Sling Bags
The new Genki Sushi Squad plushie sling bags come with a furry white sushi rice body, a zip compartment and interchangeable velcro toppings.
This means fans who collect more than one design can mix and match the sushi toppings for a little extra fun.
Each plushie sling bag is priced at $19.90, or $9.90 for Genki Sushi members.

Ebi Fry-chan
Available from 18 June to 28 June 2026
This fried prawn tempura character kicks off the collection.
Unagi-chan
Available from 29 June to 5 July 2026
A glazed eel-inspired character with a shiny, golden look.
Kani-san
Available from 6 July to 12 July 2026
A crab-inspired plushie with a black pepper kick.
Maguro-kun
Available from 13 July to 26 July 2026
A tuna-inspired character that wraps up the second collection.
Free Plushie Keychain For Genki Sushi Premium Members
Genki Sushi Premium Members can also receive a free plushie keychain, also known as a lil’ buddy, when they spend a minimum of $50 nett.
The keychain is meant to pair with the sushi plushie sling bag.
As the previous collection sold out quickly, fans may want to check availability early, especially if they are aiming for a specific character.
Kyushu Adventure Menu Runs From 18 June To 26 July
Alongside the plushie launch, Genki Sushi is also introducing Kyushu Adventure, a limited-time menu inspired by the cuisine of southern Japan.
The menu runs from 18 June to 26 July 2026 at all 21 Genki Sushi outlets islandwide, while stocks last.
One of the highlights is the Black Garlic Ramen ($8.50, add egg for +$1.50), inspired by Kumamoto Prefecture. The dish features ramen noodles in a rich broth with black garlic for a deep, savoury flavour.
Mentaiko lovers can also try the Cheesy Mentai Oyster ($7.90), topped with creamy cheese and mentai mayo.
For something more unusual, there is Fugu Tempura ($4.20), featuring slices of pufferfish that are battered and fried till crisp on the outside.
Wagyu Sushi, Oden, Chicken Nanban & More
Meat lovers can look out for the A4 Kyushu Wagyu Sushi ($4.90), made with premium marbled beef from Kyushu and lightly torched before serving.
There is also the A4 Kyushu Wagyu Yuzu Kosho Sushi ($4.90), which adds citrusy and spicy notes from yuzu kosho.
Other dishes in the Kyushu Adventure menu include Oden ($6.20), a comforting Japanese classic with assorted fish cakes and radish simmered in dashi broth, and Ryukyu ($9.90), a sashimi dish with salmon and yellowtail seasoned in a special sauce.
Fans of fried chicken can try Chicken Nanban ($5.40), inspired by Miyazaki Prefecture. It features crispy fried chicken coated in a tangy sweet-and-sour nanban sauce and served with creamy tartar.
There is also the Chicken Chashu Open Style Temaki ($2.90), which brings together chicken chashu, rice and seaweed in a handroll-style bite.
For dessert, the Matcha Mont Blanc ($4.30) offers earthy matcha cream in a Mont Blanc-style dessert inspired by Kyushu’s matcha-producing regions.
