With a reinterpretation of traditional German favourites with Austrian influences at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, Frieda will transport its guests to a volksfest experience in the Beer Garden promising a jolly good time amidst a casual and fun setting with authentic German beer and fare.
The Oktoberfest food menu brings guests a selection of free flow German dishes and beer for a sumptuous evening. Get started on the must-have Obada-Käse mit Brezel – pretzel with creamy Camembert cheese and the Vesper Platter with an exquisite selection of assorted cold cuts and cheeses.
Savour the delicious, hearty meat platter featuring the ever-popular Schweinsaxe – crispy pork knuckle, as well as the Traditionelle Käsespätzle – a traditional German egg noodles topped with cheesy goodness and smoked salmon. Finally, try the Schwarzwälder Kuchen im Glas – black forest cake for a sweet ending.
Let your hair down and dance to the tune of live music; beat your friends at games made available during the event and simply enjoy the festival.
