World-renowned Jamaican Chef Ricardo Allen, a culinary ambassador for Caribbean cuisine, has arrived in Singapore with Camp Caribbean. With a resume that includes serving royalty and stars like King Charles, Jay-Z, and Grace Jones, Chef Ricardo brings an authentic taste of his homeland to Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis.

At Camp Caribbean, you’ll find signature dishes like Jerk Chicken and Oxtail with Spinners, as well as exciting new additions. Set along the scenic Kallang River, this vibrant venue offers a relaxed escape with lush greenery and island vibes—perfect for families, friends, and even pets.

At the heart of the menu is the iconic Jerk Chicken ($18), a smoky, spice-laden grilled delight infused with allspice, ginger, and cinnamon. For a heartier bite, try the Jerk BBQ Pork Ribs (½ rack, $34), perfectly grilled and paired with rice and peas croquettes.

For something special, the Jerk Stingray ($27) is a creative nod to Singaporean flavours, marinated for 24 hours and served with pineapple salsa for a smokey-sweet twist.

Can’t decide? The Jam Rock Platter ($69 for 2, $129 for 4) is the ultimate sharing option, loaded with jerk chicken, stingray, pork ribs, and classic sides like fried plantains and coleslaw.

Other highlights include Oxtail with Spinners ($22), featuring tender oxtail in rich gravy, and the golden Jamaican Patties ($15–16), filled with spiced beef or vegetables. Vegetarians can enjoy dishes like Trinidad Doubles with Chickpea Curry ($13) and the flavourful Jerk Cauliflower Steak ($17.50).

No Caribbean feast is complete without rum! Sip on Chef Ricardo’s signature Sorrelade Punch ($14 non-alcoholic, $18 with rum), a traditional Jamaican hibiscus drink infused with warming spices like cinnamon and clove.

Or finish your meal on a sweet note with the indulgent White Chocolate Bread Pudding ($15) or the refreshing Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream ($12).

With Camp Caribbean, Chef Ricardo Allen delivers a vibrant slice of the Caribbean to Singapore—rich flavours, warm vibes and unforgettable experiences await. For more information, visit https://www.campcaribbean.co/
