Ramen lovers, rejoice! Celebrated ramen maestro Chef Tomoharu Shono is bringing his world-famous creations to Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) with the grand opening of MENSHO X’s second Singapore outlet on 1 November 2025.
Following the success of its Raffles Place debut earlier this year, MENSHO X is ready to wow diners again—this time with an all-new lineup of exclusive tantan mochimen dishes and side creations crafted just for RWS.
A Luxurious Ramen Experience at Singapore’s Lifestyle Destination
Nestled inside WEAVE Mall (#02-206), the new 1,034-square-foot restaurant seats 36 guests indoors and 12 outdoors, offering both comfort and sophistication. Warm tones, soft lighting, and rich wooden accents make it the perfect spot for families, tourists, and ramen enthusiasts alike.

Introducing the All-New Tantan Mochimen
Leading the menu is Chef Shono’s latest creation—the Tantan Mochimen, a refreshing take on his signature chewy noodles made using a special mochi wheat flour blend from Iwate and Hokkaido, Japan. This flour gives the noodles a soft, bouncy texture and a hint of sweetness that sets them apart.
Each bowl is paired with a complimentary serving of fluffy Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice, perfect for soaking up the leftover sesame sauce.

🍜 Wagyu Tantan Mochimen (no soup, $26)
Thick, chewy mochimen steeped in a vegan peanut-sesame base, topped with premium Japanese wagyu chashu, bok choy, semi-dried tomato, smoked nuts, red onions, and a touch of Sichuan pepper.
🌱 Vegan Tantan Mochimen (no soup, $20)
A plant-based delight featuring mochimen with charred cauliflower, bok choy, and red onions, dressed with chilli oil, peanut and black sesame paste, and Sichuan pepper for a fragrant, spicy finish.
Timeless Ramen Favorites
In addition to its new mochimen dishes, MENSHO X RWS offers signature ramen creations that showcase Chef Shono’s artistry and attention to detail:
🍋 Yuzu Shio Ramen ($23) — A delicate blend of bonito, clam, and pork broth, topped with yuzu chicken chashu, pork ribeye, and refreshing yuzu accents.
🍜 Organic Shoyu Ramen ($20) — A soulful bowl featuring barrel-aged organic shoyu, thin noodles, and a double soup base layered with bonito and clam.
🐔 Signature Toripaitan ($27) — A light, creamy chicken broth paired with wavy whole-wheat noodles and a trio of meats: wagyu chashu, pork ribeye, and yuzu chicken.
Unlike the thicker broth of MENSHO TOKYO, the RWS version uses shiitake mushrooms, porcini, and kelp for a lighter, more refined flavor.
