If you love breakfast, this one’s for you. From warm, freshly baked milk bread to brunch plates and local-flavoured desserts, All Hands Café is the latest spot on Telok Ayer Street giving CBD mornings a delicious upgrade.

A Café with Heart and Heritage

Set in a lovingly restored century-old shophouse, All Hands Café beautifully blends old and new. Its vibrant cobalt-blue façade and Victorian-style bar greet you with a nostalgic charm, while forest-green upholstery, rattan chairs, and modern murals add a stylish, contemporary edge.

The space celebrates the idea of connection — from the hands that bake and brew, to guests who gather, share, and savour. Think of it as your go-to spot for both comfort and creativity, right in the heart of the city.

Freshly Baked Every Morning

The café’s pride and joy is its signature Japanese-style shokupan — soft, fluffy milk bread baked fresh daily. Early risers will love the aroma that fills the space each morning.

Start your day with the Signature Shokupan with Kaya Butter Snow & Eggs ($8.94) — a luxe take on traditional kaya toast, featuring house-made pandan kaya, shaved salted butter, and sous-vide eggs with kombu-infused soy. Other sweet picks include the indulgent Milo Dino toast or antioxidant-rich PB&Jam, both served with eggs.

Prefer something savoury? Go for the DIY Savoury Shokupan (from $8.90) and choose your own toppings — from buttery scrambled eggs and smashed avo to parma ham or sautéed mushrooms.

Brunch & Beyond

From 11am, the menu expands with fusion mains inspired by local flavours. Must-tries include:

  • 🍝 Yolk Situation Carbonara ($19.49) – creamy pasta with crispy pork belly and sous-vide egg.

  • 🐟 Laksa Barramoodi ($23.49) – house-made laksa broth pasta with crispy barramundi.

  • 🍤 Prawn Identity ($23.49) – tiger prawns in rich prawn broth pasta.

Meat lovers can enjoy All Hands’ steakhouse favourites like the Boeuf Rossini ($47.49) or Steak Tartare ($24.49), both served atop the café’s signature shokupan.

Matcha Dreams & Local Desserts

End your meal on a sweet note with house-made desserts infused with familiar local flavours. Highlights include:

  • 🍵 Matcha Banana Pudding ($6.49) – pandan-scented pudding with matcha foam and biscoff crumbs.

  • 🧀 Brûlée Basque Cheesecake ($6.49) – creamy, caramelised perfection.

  • 🍞 Pandan Brûlée French Toast ($12.49) – torched pandan custard with berries and coconut gelato.

Sip & Smile

Coffee is essential here, with options from flat whites to oat milk lattes (+$1). Try something new like the Yuzu Espresso Soda ($7.49), Blue Matcha Latte ($8.49), or Peanut Butter Hojicha Latte ($8.49). The café also offers cold-pressed juices, kombucha, and house pours — because why not?
