With 223 outlets across Japan and a legacy of over 50 years, Royal Host has launched at Jewel Changi Airport (#03-219), serving its famed Omu Rice, Japanese Steaks, Hamburg Steaks, and Doria with a touch of omotenashi or better known as the art of heartfelt hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.
Known for their Japanese-Western comfort food, indulge in their signature dishes such as their “ROYAL” Hamburg Steak (from $29.80++) served on a hotplate with options of three special sauces – Brown Butter, Black Pepper & WA-FU Sauce.
You can also order the Premium Beef “ROYAL” Sirloin Steak 250g ($64.80++) where tender and umami-rich premium “Washu beef” is simply seasoned with salt and pepper or a savoury wasabi soy sauce to complement the natural flavors.
Seared at high temperature for the perfect char, these steaks retain their precious juices for a succulent texture.
Next, pair your steaks with a homemade consomme soup with caramelized onion and a slice of toasted baguette loaded with melty Gruyere cheese.
The “ROYAL” Onion Gratin Soup ($7.80++) became famous when Marilyn Monroe praised it during her honeymoon to Japan in 1954 and continues to warm their customer’s stomachs with its intricate flavour.
Using fresh eggs from Kyushi prefecture, order a plate of Omelette Rice (from $26.80++) with options of the classic Demiglace sauce, Hiroshima Oyster & White Cream sauce as well as Singapore Chilli Sauce with Snow Crab on Top (Singapore Exclusive).
The special ketchup rice blanketed by a creamy egg omelette is sure to impress and leave your tastebuds wanting more with each bite.
Other dishes on their menu includes Doria (from $24.80++) made with special butter rice, meat of choice, creamy sauce, and cheese as well as a selection of Pasta (from $26.40++) that features ingredients like mentaiko, yuzu, ikura and more for a touch of Japanese flair.
Finally, complete your ROYAL visit with Mocktails (from $10.50++) like Mojito, Singapore Sling and Lychee Rose or a selection of coffee and tea to go with desserts that include Parfait, Ice Cream and Cake.
Royal Host’s full menu will be available from 19th July 2024 onwards with selected dishes available during their current soft launch period. Whether for a casual meal or a special celebration, Royal Host promises an experience filled with warmth and satisfaction.
