Introducing a new modern Teochew dining concept, Song Fa Signatures at Paragon Shopping Centre (#B1-06) aims to infuse traditional Teochew classics with a captivating modern twist.

With a spread of home-style dishes and a warming brew of King’s Garden Tea, exclusively curated by Pek Sin Choon for Song Fa that is served complimentary to all guests, look forward to a memorable dining experience when you visit.

L-R: Silky Steamed Egg Tofu; Crispy Kang Kong with Thai Chili Sauce

Start off with the Silky Steamed Egg Tofu ($11.50) that is elegantly presented with a flawlessly smooth surface before being topped with fresh minced pork or opt for the Crispy Kang Kong with Thai Chili Sauce ($6.50) that transforms vegetables into an addictive snack.

L-R: Teochew Crispy Prawn Roll (Hei Zho); Traditional Teochew Style Steamed Flounder Fish

Quintessential Teochew must-have includes the handcrafted Teochew Crispy Prawn Roll (Hei Zho) (6pcs – $7.90 | 12pcs – $14.90).

Or order the Traditional Teochew Style Steamed Flounder Fish ($26.90) garnished simply with sliced tomatoes, ginger and pickled plums that highlight the natural flavours of the dish.

For those who prefer a crisp bite to their fish, there is a deep-fried option served with superior sauce too.

L-R: Signature Prime Rib Bak Kut Teh; Pig Trotters Fried Rice

Dining at Song Fa is synonymous with mouth-watering Bak Kut Teh. Here, diners can relish the brand’s Signature Prime Rib Bak Kut Teh ($10.20) as well. The clear, peppery broth can be enjoyed alongside add-ons of springy La Mian ($4.90), silky Mee Sua ($3.80), and/or Fragrant Jasmine Rice ($1.80), always served piping hot.

Great for sharing amongst friends and family, try the Pig Trotters Fried Rice ($11.80)  or the Nourishing Pig’s Stomach with Chicken Soup ($19.90) for more beloved Teochew classics with a twist.

Finally, desserts are reimagined with a fresh take in this delightful layered sweet treat of Teochew Orh Nee Crème Brulee ($6.90) where chilled vanilla custard is covered with warm yam paste and crowned with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust.

Experience nostalgic classics with creative modern interpretations at Song Fa Signatures with the finest of Teochew hospitality today! For more information, visit https://songfa.com.sg/
