Journey to the heart of Yunnan as YUN NANS 云海肴 proudly introduces YUN NANS Home, a reimagined dining experience celebrating the comforting flavours of home with an array of 20 new dishes.
Now available at their three heartland outlets – NEX, Northpoint City, and Westgate, this new concept furthers YUN NANS’ vision to bring authentic Yunnan flavours to the world, where every dish is crafted with passion and tradition. Highlights include:
- Surprise Crispy Rice Stir-Fry ($11.90): The familiar comfort of fried rice with an addictive twist of crunchy puffed rice and bursts of tobiko laced throughout the grains.
- Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp Casserole ($26.90): A hearty option, brimming with aromatic garlic and a hint of chili for that extra kick.
- Dried Scallop and Seafood with Loofah Gourd ($15.90): A pairing of young loofah gourd imported directly from Yunnan for its tender texture with dried scallop, dried shrimps and clams for extra umami.
- Boneless Spicy Chicken with Sichuan Peppercorns ($16.90): Bite-sized boneless chicken thigh meat cooked with Sichuan peppercorns for maximum spice, flavour and enjoyment.
- Ham Stir-fried with Shredded Green Beans ($11.90): A combination of prized cured ham with the crunchiness of green beans, both stir-fried to smoky goodness with garlic.
- Stir-fried Eggs with Peeled Tomatoes ($11.90): A classic home-cooked dish of fluffy eggs that is sour and savoury with a hint of sweetness from the tomatoes.
Other new dishes include Sichuan Boiled Fish, Sauteed Pork Belly with String Beans Shoots, Home-style Minced Pork with Eggplant Casserole that is great for sharing.
Look out as well for their Spare Ribs Braised with Bitter Melon in Fermented Black Bean Sauce, Shanghai Stir-fried Rice Cake, Mom’s Braised Pig’s Feet and more!
