Tomahawk King Steakhouse & Grill, previously known as Tomahawk King & Omookase, is reintroducing itself to Singapore’s halal dining scene with a fresh rebrand and an expanded menu.

Known for its premium steaks, the restaurant is now offering a wider variety of dishes, including King’s Chicken Fingers inspired by the popular American eatery Raising Cane’s and Japanese Yakiniku.

The King’s Chicken Fingers are served daily until 4pm while diners can also enjoy these crispy delights as part of their Carnivore Feasting Platters, available in three different sets starting at $228 after 4pm.

Carnivore Feasting Platter

The chicken thighs are marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours to enhance tenderness and flavor, then coated with a signature batter perfected over three years of research. The result is a golden, crispy texture that pairs deliciously with house-made dipping sauces.

For a more personalized experience, customers can choose from two King’s Chicken Fingers set meals (2pc meal $13, 3pc meal $19), each featuring fresh buttermilk chicken thigh fillets, sesame toast, mozzarella dippers, and more.

The menu’s highlight remains its exclusive steak offerings, including the new Signature Wagyu Tomahawk Steak ($148). This 550g cut of award-winning Australian Wagyu from King River Farms is served with two sides, Brown Mushroom Sauce, and Garlic Herb Butter, promising an indulgent dining experience.

The menu also features the Picanha Culotte ($42), a 300g black angus cut served with two sides and Samyang Mayo, and the marbled Hanging Tender ($42) cut, each boasting exceptional quality.

A5 Thick-Cut Hireshita Signature Sirloin

For Japanese cuisine enthusiasts, the Yakiniku Grill includes premium cuts such as the A5 Thick-Cut Hireshita Signature Sirloin ($248) and the A5 Thick-Cut Rosu Signature Ribeye ($268). Served in generous portions, these sets include various sides, Australian ribeye, tiger prawns, and fresh vegetables, designed to serve two.

Individual diners can enjoy the A5 Wagyu Hamburg ($28), a patty of Japanese Wagyu and chicken topped with demi-glace, a sunny-side-up egg, buttered corn, and broccoli over beef tallow rice when they visit.

In celebration of the new brand and offerings, Tomahawk King Steakhouse & Grill is offering a 20% discount on select dishes till 1 December 2024, including both King’s Chicken Fingers sets, the Signature Wagyu Tomahawk Steak, and the A5 Wagyu Yakiniku Signatures.
