Westies, great news! Tim Ho Wan is officially back at Westgate after a month of renovations, and the refreshed outlet is looking better than ever. The popular dim sum spot now sports an elevated new look, improved ambience, and warmer service, perfect for cosy meals with family and friends.

To celebrate both the reopening and the festive season, Tim Ho Wan has also launched a limited-time “East-meets-West” holiday menu, bringing together Cantonese craftsmanship and modern flavours. Diners who spend a minimum of $50 will also receive a Sure-Win Scratch Card with prizes like up to $50 off, Free Dim Sum, and Free Desserts.

A Revamped, Calming Space at Westgate

Fans will recognise the familiar Tim Ho Wan trademarks such as earthy wood tones, steamer-basket details, and floor-to-ceiling windows that brighten the space. The revamp adds soothing jade-toned palettes and modern curved architectural lines, giving the restaurant a more luxurious, contemporary feel while keeping its bright, open charm.

It is now an even better setting for family gatherings, office lunches, weekend dim sum dates and, of course, those iconic bun-tear photos and tables full of sharing plates.

Limited-Time “East-meets-West” Year-End Menu

For the festive season, Tim Ho Wan presents a special menu that blends traditional Cantonese skill with contemporary Western flavours, perfect for holiday get-togethers.

Black Truffle Foie Gras Dumplings — $7.50 (3pcs)

These elegant ebony dumplings combine rich foie gras and aromatic black truffle, wrapped in a delicate mushroom-based skin. They are fragrant, indulgent, and a lovely balance of East and West in one bite.

Black Truffle Bacon Fried Rice — $13.50

A comforting wok-fried favourite elevated with smoky bacon, golden egg, spring onion and the familiar fragrance of wok hei. The black truffle adds earthy richness and umami depth, making this an irresistible crowd-pleaser.

Golden Mango Cheese Crab Roll — $7.50 (3pcs)

This festive twist on the usual mango fritter features sweet crab meat, a creamy cheese layer and fruity mango, all wrapped in a crisp, golden shell.

Caramelised Double Milk Skin Pudding — $4.50

A Hong Kong classic dessert served with a brûlée-style caramelised top. Crack through the crisp surface to reveal a silky milk pudding that melts smoothly on the palate.

Sea Salt Cream Cap Mango Passion Tea — $4.50

A refreshing festive drink made with tangy mango and passion fruit over a black tea base, topped with a creamy sea salt foam. It blends the best of Asian bubble tea and Western teatime flavours, fruity, tropical and perfectly balanced.
