The White Label, renowned for its Muslim-friendly French cuisine, has introduced Singapore’s first halal Weekend Trolleys Buffet, offering a blend of traditional French comfort food with a Malayan twist. This unique buffet, held every Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM and 1:30 PM, departs from the typical buffet style by serving dishes directly to tables via elegant trolleys, ensuring a personalized and fresh dining experience.
At just $49++ per adult and $15++ for children between 6-12 (free for kids under 6), guests are treated to a selection of small plates prepared by The White Label’s expert culinary team. Starters include Harissa Hummus, Honey Mint Yoghurt, and Sambal Romesco, perfect for spreading on freshly baked bread. Diners can also enjoy Soup Vichyssoise or Salad Niçoise with Tuna Tataki. A special addition is the two Murotsu Bay Oysters served to each customer.
From the sea, expect dishes like Halibut Parmentier and Scallops Au Gratin, while land-based options include Wagyu Beef Bourguignon and Forty Garlic Chicken. A carving trolley features a succulent Whole Roasted Leg of Lamb, paired with Macaroni au Gratin for added satisfaction. For dessert, highlights include Mao Shan Wang Durian Pengat, Bread Pudding, and Coconut Banana Crumble.
Beverage offerings complement the meal with a range of mocktails such as Litchi la Rose and Yuzu Bleu ($9), organic teas ($9.50), and coffee selections like Long Black and Cappuccino ($5). Alternatively, guests can opt for free-flow Fruity Sangria Iced Tea ($9.90)
