Made from scratch using only fresh chicken and served with a side of the Soup Restaurant’s Signature Samsui Ginger Sauce, the delicate skin paired with the tender and juicy meat will pop in your mouth.
Other delights include the usual dim sums such as Ha Kao (S$6.50) that has marinated jumbo prawns wrapped in handmade translucent skin or go for the Char Siew Bao (S$5.90) that is filled with sweet and savoury wok-grilled char siew.
