Tapas, 24 | Bringing New Spanish Cuisine To Your Table

Located at Robertson Quayside, Tapas, 24 exudes a laid-back city vibe infused with the essence of Spanish culture. This aesthetically pleasing restaurant offers an authentic Spanish experience. Recently, they unveiled a new menu featuring Spanish cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, introducing tantalising signature tapas and a delectable array of new dishes and meats.

At the helm of Tapas, 24’s dynamic trio are Head Chef Carolina, whose culinary expertise brings Spanish flavours to life. Sommelier Guillaume Pace meticulously selects wines to complement the dishes, while Service Maestro Alex Rivera infuses hospitality with a distinctive Spanish flair. 

The new menu at Tapas, 24 boasts main dishes like the succulent Chuleta ($42), featuring pork chop marinated in Mediterranean spices. It also includes well-loved Spanish signatures such as Gambas Al Ajillo ($22), where plump prawns are served with olive oil for dipping baguette.

The Clams in Sherry ($38) offer a rich flavuor infusion with sherry wine. Additionally, the “Tapas 24” Bikini Sandwich ($18) tantalises with Iberico ham, buffalo mozzarella, and black truffles, promising a symphony of flavors in every bite.

The Vegetable Skewers (Single $12, Double $22) at Tapas 24 are a vibrant delight, showcasing a colorful array of fresh vegetables like zucchini and capsicum, expertly grilled to perfection. The Roasted Pineapple Skewers ($150g for $14, 300g for $26), infused with cayenne pepper and chili oil, offer a blend of sweet and spicy flavours.

Mar Y Montana

Newly added to the menu is the exquisite Mar Y Montana ($39) Paella, featuring delectable rice infused with a medley of seafood such as prawns, clams, and mussels, alongside tender chicken. This savoury dish promises a delightful blend of flavours from both land and sea, offering a satisfying culinary experience at Tapas, 24.

Tapas, 24 offers a diverse selection of over 100 wine labels, with an impressive over 90% sourced from Spain, and over half exclusively available to the brand. Notable examples include Marco Abella’s Priorat and Javier Sans’s Verdejo of Rueda, providing a unique and curated wine experience for enthusiasts seeking the finest Spanish vintages.
