Kozen Sushi Bar & Restaurant is located at Flanders Square, an up-and-coming food enclave next to City Square Mall at Farrer Park. They offer the classic nigiri, maki and sashimi platters, which are sure to satisfy your sushi cravings. On top of that, they also offer some creative options, such as sushi cakes and uniquely-flavoured sushi rolls. Here are some of the dishes we tried when we visited Kozen Sushi Bar & Restaurant!
Unagi Avocado Roll
This Unagi Avocado Roll ($22.90) puts together the familiar flavours of tempura prawn, unagi, avocado and tobiko. It has a good balance of crunchy and soft textures, and is slightly sweet and creamy. It’s a delight to eat and tastes great!
Foie Gras Salmon Roll
The foie gras elevates this Foie Gras Salmon Roll ($28) to be a luxurious, rich dish. The star ingredient is complemented with creamy avocado and flambéd salmon, and topped with crispy tempura flakes for texture.
If you enjoy foie gras, you’ll definitely like this roll. It’s extremely decadent and creamy with the fatty foie gras, salon and avocado, and the flavours go well together. This is also a combination that isn’t usually seen outside, so be sure to give it a try if you come to Kozen Sushi Bar & Restaurant!
Kozen Sashimi Set
The Kozen Sashimi Set ($48) has a medley of red and white fish, lean and fat. It features special cuts like salmon harasu (salmon belly), hotate (scallop), hokkigai (surf clam) and more.
The sashimi here is fresh and succulent, and is skillfully sliced by the chefs at Kozen Sushi Bar & Restaurant!

This is probably one of the unique star items at Kozen Sushi Bar & Restaurant. There are five flavours available:
