Try the Peppery Kway Chap Deluxe Set ($26.90), featuring a peppery broth inspired by the award-winning variant from Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. The set comes with 2 peppery kway (diners can opt to change it to the original kway or yam rice), a platter of mixed ingredients (large intestines, pork belly, eggs, beancurd, fried beancurd, fish cake, braised peanuts and preserved vegetables) and braised duck.
