Fresh Fruit Labs Group
Established in 2013, Fresh Fruits Lab (FFL) Group is a collection of creative and unique dining concepts. This year, it was rebranded into a new concept, now known as Simplicite. FFL Group consists of three concept outlets, namely Platform 1094, Herit8ge and the latest, Simplicite.
FFL Group are committed to providing a personable experience with a personal touch to make their customers feel like home. Their locations have become venues for special occasions such as birthday celebration, family reunions and even wedding celebrations.
Simplicite Café
Simplicite is the new Fresh Fruits Lab, and it is inspired by modern French Parisian cafes. The founders travelled to the City of Love out of their many travel destinations throughout the years. While they were there, they made many memories of which the local cafes played a heavy role.
Many years later, Simplicite serves as a tribute to the beauty of the Paris café scene. The concept of Simplicite café is simple and clean. You can smell the fresh aroma of coffee, have a bite at pastries and indulge in a fulfilling meal. It also serves as a great place to feel at home.
Menu
The café serves comforting modern European style cuisine that is sure to satisfy your cravings. From tapas to burgers and other mains, Simplicite Café has it all!
Tapas and Burgers
Start your meal with tapas such as their Simplicite Wings ($10.00). These are crispy-fried chicken wings, served with homemade sweet chilli sauce. You can also try out their Mozzarella Cheese Meatballs (10.00), served in spicy tomato sauce. Other tapas include Fried Chickpea Balls ($8.00), Truffle Fries ($12.00), and Gambas Al Ajillo ($13.00).
Afterwards, indulge in delicious pastas, burgers or other mains. Have a bite of their Double Cheese Da Bomb Burger ($20.00), The Club Burger ($19.00) or their vegetarian option, Vegetarian Chickpea Burger ($18.00).
Pastas and Mains
Apart from burgers, you can also try out some of their pastas. Some of which include Crabmeat Aglio Olio ($19.00), Masago Prawn Pasta ($18.00) and Spaghetti Alle Vongole ($17.00), made with fresh flower clams, chili padi, wild mushrooms and wine.
Other mains include Classic Fish & Chips ($19.00), NZ Angus Ribeye ($29.00), Duck Confit ($28.00) and Chicken Fricassee ($19.00).
Brunch
Heading over to have brunch? Try out some of their food items from their brunch menu. Some of these brunch menu items include Messy Breakfast ($18.00), Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Croissant $16.00), and Eggs Benedict ($15.00).

Some of these sweet treats include their Lychee Cake ($7.50), Simplicite Macarons ($2.50), Red Velvet Cheesecake ($7.50), and Lemon Meringue Tart ($6.00). It Is made with homemade lemon curd and torched meringue.
