From the Sous Vide Kagoshima Beef Short Rib, which is sous vide for over 30 hours, to the house made Ponzu and Shoyu sauces that are meticulously fermented for seven days, guests can experience the heartfelt attention to detail that is poured into each and every element.
Featuring only the best and freshest ingredients of the season, the entire Kakushin experience is a breath-taking culinary ode to the land of the rising sun. Beginning with a medley of seasonal appetisers and premium sashimi, the Autumn menu, includes Awabi served with liver sauce, a a salad made with Mozuku seaweed, Junsai (water vegetable) and Nagaimo (mountain yam), alongside a delightful Uni toast, topped with Nukazuke Moro-kyuri (preserved vegetables) and an Oba Chimichurri.
Every dish served will be a delight with different offerings of grilled (Yakimono) and steamed (Mushimono) dishes, including a luxurious Snow Crab with Uni Chawanmushi, that is made with pillow-y soft custard and fresh sea urchin.
Kakushin’s signature dishes – the Chargrilled A5 Kagoshima Wagyu with Truffle Balsamic Sauce or Kagoshima Pork Belly with Buta Kakuni Sauce are instant crowd pleasers that will satiate your cravings for Japanese cuisine.
