Featuring an intimate and cosy alcove on the first level, Gary’s ever-expanding wine list currently showcases over 80 Italian labels with entry level bottles starting from just $60. Make plans to visit on the 24th or 25th of December 2022 for their 7-Course Christmas Dinner ($198++/pax) alongside an optional wine pairing at an additional $88++ per pax. Furthermore, enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco per pax with a minimum of two to dine.
To start off your quintessential evening, enjoy a Coned Escargot that sits atop a bed of rice followed by a Scallop Carpaccio that uses fresh Hokkaido scallops that is plated with edible flowers and ikura.
Relish the firm and refreshing bite of US Giant Asparagus elevated by a homemade fontina sauce, which pleases the palate with its buttery as well as sweet notes of cheese alongside parmesan crisps with a shaving of fresh seasonal truffles.
A Gary’s specialty – the Alaskan King Crab Pasta uses freshly made spaghetti with a light yet flavourful tomato and white wine sauce studded with chunks of the naturally sweet Alaskan king crab.
A firm and flaky Baked Cod Fish follows with a rich and umami anchovy sauce paired with seasonal vegetables and cress. This is a dish we highly recommend seafood lovers as each bite boasts a melt in your mouth texture without a hint of fishiness when we tried it.
With a gorgeous marbling that boasts a complex flavour of incredible juiciness, the Arita Wagyu is accompanied with a side of potato cake, asparagus, porcini, and wine jus for a rich and balanced meal that will please your tastebuds.
Cap off the meal with a traditional Christmas dessert but in the form of a smooth and wobbly sweet seduction of Panettone Pudding.
If you aren’t available for dinner, why not visit Gary’s for brunch instead? Their Christmas Day Brunch ($88++/pax, Minimum two to dine) has Fresh Japanese Oysters, creamy Burrata with Parma Ham as well as 12 hours braised wagyu beef cheek pasta that will delight their customers alongside many other star-studded dishes. For a chill day out, you can add on $50++/pax for 2 hours of free flow Prosecco too.
Gary’s also has a regular Sunday Brunch at $88++/pax inclusive of free flow eggs of choice, a pasta tossed in a decadent cheese wheel and more! To sweeten the deal, every Tuesday to Thursday, enjoy all-day free corkage at Gary’s!
