Fans rejoice as Fufu Pot is ready to celebrate its first anniversary with a menu of brand-new items. This includes three new pot flavours and a variety of snacks, ala carte items as well as drinks and dessert!
Three new flavours of Vegan Mushroom, Spicy Tomato and Sukiyaki add to the existing Stinky Tofu, Collagen, Mushroom, Tonkotsu Miso, Korean Army Stew, White Curry and Tomato. Bonus: the new menu now also offers one free soup top-up for any pot order (excluding ramen) so you can slurp away to your heart’s content.
The Vegan Mushroom ($19) is completely meat-free and dairy-free, cooking up plant-based meatballs and luncheon meat in an earthy mushroom broth while lovers of the Tomato Soup will find even more delight in the Spicy Tomato ($25), an evolved grown-up version with punchy spice to add more kick to the dining experience.
Japanese flavours can be found in the Sukiyaki ($24), which is completed with Japanese chashu, tiger prawns, scallops, pork balls and Japanese Ajitama, bolstered by enoki and shimeji mushrooms, baby napa cabbage, leek, silken tofu and springy Japanese ramen.
With new nibbles to go with the new pot flavours, try the Prawn Toast Maki ($7.50), Cheese Balls ($8) or their Big Korean Skewer ($9) which serves up Korean tteokbokki, sausage and fish cake on a stick.
Something more substantial can be found in the Mala Ramen ($8) a dry and mouth numbing dish or go the full mile with the Chashu Truffle Ramen ($9.50) that comes with the full frills of Japanese chashu and truffle for complete indulgence.
