Known for its curated selection of tapas, paellas and Mediterranean seafood, FOC by the Beach is introducing an array of new dishes, comprising more than half of the revamped menu, alongside its classic crowd-pleasers.

Adding to the excitement is a rotating Daily Special, where guests can indulge in a surprise Catalan-inspired delight. Simply walk in and ask the team about the featured dish of the day!

Channeling the lively spirit of Catalonia’s coastal dining scene, offering a laid-back yet refined beachfront experience. The name “FOC,” which means “fire” in Catalan, cheekily hints at its bold and playful brand identity.

A celebration of the sea, good times, shared plates and refreshing drinks, the restaurant creates a unique dining escape for those who appreciate fine food and shared culinary experiences.

The refreshed menu is a feast for the senses, featuring more vibrant tapas, six varieties of paellas, and sizzling Mediterranean seafood.

  • Smoked Cantabrico Anchovies ($22): Salty, sweet, and savory perfection served on charcoal brioche with salted caramel butter.
  • Iberico Ham Croquetas ($15): Golden, crunchy bites filled with rich ham and Manchego cheese cream.
  • Grilled Avocado Salad ($22): Creamy avocado paired with sundried tomatoes, herbed yogurt, almonds, and yuca for a fresh yet indulgent treat.

Seafood Delights:

  • Argentinean Prawns ‘Al Ajillo’ ($32): Succulent prawns in a fragrant garlic sauce, perfect with sourdough toast.
  • Japanese Hamachi Tiradito ($24): A sweet and tangy crudo dish with pomelo and macadamia nuts.

Paella Favourites:

  • Octopus & Squid Ink Paella ($54 small/$106 big): Crispy rice infused with squid ink, topped with squid rings and a seafood medley.
  • Cod ‘Kokotxas’ and Prawn ‘Meloso’ Rice ($54 small/$106 big): A luxurious mix of codfish throat and prawns in an herbaceous broth.

For Meat Lovers:

  • Iberico Pork Ribs ($38 for 500g/$76 for 1kg): Smoky and tender, these ribs are grilled over an open flame.
  • Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig ($108): Juicy and tender pork under a crispy skin, served with Panadera potatoes.
