Equate unveils a new after-dark chapter where it turns down into a hub for dinner, music and cocktails come sundown.
The café’s bright interior will transform into a darker aesthetic, with the mood taken up with house music.
Accompanying its high-quality artisanal coffee is a new dinner menu of modern Asian dishes for a dining experience underlined by its same spirit of art and community.

Specially to celebrate the launch of Equate Night, diners can look forward to an unbeatable Happy Hour promo where they may enjoy 1-for-1 cocktails from 6pm to 8pm.
The free cocktail will be applicable to the one of equal or lower price of the one paid for.
On the Dinner Menu
Make it an evening to remember with a dinner menu of progressive contemporary Asian delicacies, where familiar classics are refreshed with unexpected twists.
- Fried Juk ($12.80) – a comforting traditional porridge given a smoky punch with a deep fried crust.
- XO Radish Cake ($13.80) – a creamy, savoury radish cake stir-fried in fragrant XO sauce.
- Cheese Burger Spring Roll ($9.80) – a clever marriage of a burger and crispy spring roll with minced beef fragranced with punchy Japanese curry and shredded cheddar wrapped in a spring roll and deep-fried to golden crunch.
- Bawang Goreng Fries ($11.80) – shoestring fries doused in a brown gravy and topped with shredded cheddar before finished off with spring onion, sour cream and crispy fried shallots.
- Fisherman Curry with Sourdough ($21.80) – a mouth watering seafood curry stewed to intense flavour from fish and prawns, perfect to be dipped with sourdough toast.
- Green Curry Baked Cauliflower ($13.80) – tender roasted cauliflower lent a spicy punch with green curry gravy
- Cold Laksa Capellini ($19.80) (new!) – a cold capellini lent spice and punch with a laksa sauce complete with signature coconut milk.
- Chap Chye Okonomiyaki ($12.80) – a spin on the Japanese griddle pancake dressed up with chap chye ingredients for a touch of local SIngapore.
- Korean Fried Wings ($13.80) – fleshy half wings, battered and marinated before fried to crunchy delights.

- Cajun Prawn Pasta ($18.80) – linguine pasta tossed in spicy cajun alfredo and generously embellished with seared Cajun Tiger prawns.

Feast your eyes on the spectacular interactive art display at Orchard Central, while dining at Equate. Specially commissioned by Far East Organization for Orchard Central, Refik Anadol Studio’s digital art DATAFALL is an immersive “AI Data Waterfall” that visualises natural, urban, and cultural patterns around Singapore in an artwork emerging from AI-human collaborations.
