Officially opening on 2 October 2023, Eat 3 Bowls is set to capture the hearts of local gourmands with its array of Taiwanese-style classics and brown sugar bubble milk tea. Look forward to their brand-new menu with mainstays like Hand-pounded Pork Patty Egg Sandwich and Hashbrown Egg Crepe Roll!

From a modest stall at Seah Im Food Centre to a thriving brand with another outlet at Pasir Panjang, their latest venture is located in the heartlands at Compass One (#B1-17).

Embark on a culinary journey to Taiwan with the Eat 3 Bowls Signature Trio Combo ($12.90), which features three quintessential Taiwanese dishes: Braised Pork Rice, Chicken Rice, and Oyster Intestines Mee Sua.

Eat 3 Bowls Signature Trio Combo

The Braised Pork Rice, a labor-intensive creation, involves slow-cooking pork belly in a rich blend of soy sauce and spices for a melt-in-the-mouth experience while the Chicken Rice boasts tender hand-shredded breast meat paired with short-grain rice.

Completing the trio is the Oyster Intestines Mee Sua that is topped with pork intestines, plump oysters, minced garlic and fresh parsley. Diners can also opt to add on Braised Intestines ($8) or the Fried Chicken & Crispy Mushroom Combo ($7.50) for a more complete Taiwanese meal.

Hashbrown Egg Crepe Roll

Eat 3 Bowls’ Compass One outlet also introduces exciting additions to its menu. The Hashbrown Egg Crepe Roll ($7.30) features a hashbrown enveloped within a crepe roll paired with a special in-house sauce that adds a burst of umami.

Another option is the Tuna Mayo Egg Crepe Roll ($6.50), offering a creamy and savory filling that’s sure to leave diners craving more.

Pork Patty Egg Sandwich

Sandwich enthusiasts can also try the Pork Patty Egg Sandwich ($7.30) made with hand-pounded pork patty, omelette, and crunchy cucumbers or the Taro and Pork Floss Sandwich ($6.90) for a unique pairing of chunky and velvety taro with wispy pork floss.

For a refreshing treat on a hot day, the Taiwanese Cold Noodles ($5.90) is topped with shredded cucumber, carrots and shredded chicken that is accompanied with homemade sesame sauce and a squeeze of lime for brightness.

With lots to discover, have a taste of Taiwan when you visit Eat 3 Bowls. For more information, visit their Facebook page or follow them on Instagram (@eat3bowlssg).
