To celebrate National Day, Swensen’s has created a limited menu around a familiar sweet, savoury and ever-so-slightly spicy taste—the famous Singapore Chilli Crab! (P.S. There’s even a Chilli Crab dessert.)
Chilli Crab Baked Rice
Cheesy baked rice with a Singaporean twist! This Chilli Crab Baked Rice ($15.90) features a piping hot casserole of baked rice topped with a chilli tomato sauce filled with crab meat. It’s topped with crispy deep-fried crabsticks, which add an extra dimension of flavour to this dish!
Chilli Crab Pasta
Can’t get enough of chilli crab? This Chilli Crab Pasta ($14.90) gives you the perfect excuse to indulge in the rich, spicy sauce studded with crabmeat. It’s also topped with deep-fried crabstick for an added bite!
Chilli Soft Shell Crab Burger
The Chilli Soft Shell Crab Burger ($17.90) is an indulgent meal—you get a whole soft shell crab and a sunny side up egg sandwiched between two fluffy buttery buns. To top it off, it’s slathered in the sweet and spicy chilli crab sauce! This meal comes served with a side of fries and coleslaw.
Chilli Crab Pizza
If you love dipping fried mantou into chilli crab, you’ll like this. The Chilli Crab Pizza ($17.90) features the classic chilli crab sauce on a crunchy pizza base and topped with mozzarella cheese. It’s all the texture and flavour with no mess!
