Sushi Tei is launching their latest seasonal menu, “Yuki Matsuri“, in commemoration of the winter season. Sushi Tei’s Yuki Matsuri menu will be available till 14 March 2023 and features unique delectables such as Yuzu Buri Sashimi and the premium Miyazaki Beef.
Kicking off the menu are Sushi Tei’s raw fishes. Carefully sliced fish, Yuzu Buri, is plated to have your eyes rave over its magnificence. Yuzu Buri is featured in Yuzu Buri Carpaccio ($16.80), Yuzu Buri Sashimi ($15.80) and more. With a tinge of citrus flavour coupled with its abundance of vitamins C and E as well as antioxidants, this would be a very ideal dish for many.
The Miyazaki Beef presents its firm but tender meat. Only the most premium of beefs can be named Miyazaki Beef. In Miyazaki Wagyu Steak ($37.80), the meat is well marinated and with a special, secret sauce. Its juicy, tender meat would get you bobbing your head in delight with every bite. For that quintessential dash of carbohydrates, order the Miyazaki Wagyu Fried Rice ($15.80) where beef is tossed with savoury fried garlic rice and egg.
The unique Ebi Curry Roll ($9.80) features a beautiful blend of textures. The soft, fragrant rice encompasses the crispy, deep-fried ebi prawns topped off with lobster salad. At last, the masterpiece is finished with the drizzle of rich curry. This dish is great for the children as it is only mildly spicy and has fun flavours along with its textures!
Age Kani Tofu ($13.80) features a crab-tofu filling that’s soft and delicious, with a golden-brown fried exterior to accompany the dish. Paired with sweet-sour tonkatsu sauce that gives the overall dish its extra flavour. The Unagi Mentai Slider ($12.80) is my personal favourite. The premium eel is topped with cod roe mayonnaise, mango and flying roe situated on a crispy base of deep-fried gyoza skin.
End off the meal with the Milk Crepe Roll Cake ($9.80) that places that cherry on top to your meal. Moist and tender, the cake is made with delicate crepes, layered with fluffy whipped cream and rolled with sweet vanilla-kissed sponge cake.
