Strategically positioned near the entrance of Rainforest Wild ASIA, Cavern Restaurant draws inspiration from the legendary Mulu Caves of Sarawak, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Southeast Asia’s most intricate cave systems.
Designed to replicate the awe-inspiring natural beauty of these caves, the restaurant offers diners an immersive experience surrounded by rustic rock formations and soft crystalline lighting that mimics the gentle glisten of cave droplets.
Cavern Restaurant offers an extraordinary blend of International Western flavours, crafted under the expert guidance of Head Chef Sheng Lim. Highlights of the menu includes:
- Pulled Pork Taco ($22) – Slow-cooked (12 hours) pulled pork in a soft-shell taco, topped with homemade smoked paprika aioli.
- Crystal Cave Salad ($22) – Spanish burrata with heirloom red and golden beetroot, drizzled with truffle honey dressing and crunchy walnuts.
- Grilled Octopus Skewer ($22) – Tender octopus served with chimichurri sauce for a flavourful bite of fresh herbs, garlic, and citrus notes.
- Stone Age Burger ($20) – Juicy grilled beef patty in a potato bun, served with thick-cut fries, pickles, and ketchup.
- Caveman’s Meat Skewer ($38) – Great Southern Tenderloin with shallots, padron peppers, mushrooms, thyme, and chimichurri sauce.
