Bari Bari Steak, the cult teppan steak concept from Hong Kong, has officially arrived in Singapore with its first-ever overseas outlet at Tampines One. East-side diners can now enjoy the brand’s signature hot-stone experience, premium Japanese Wagyu, and its well-loved free flow salad bar packed with fresh greens, soup, rice and desserts.

The new outlet offers everything steak lovers crave — sizzling teppan cooking, hearty rice bowls, and an extensive selection of sides, drinks and desserts.

The highlight of Bari Bari Steak is its teppan-style cooking. Every steak is expertly seared on an iron griddle before being placed on a 300°C hot stone, letting diners finish their steak to their perfect doneness. The star of the menu is the Japanese A4/A5 Miyazakigyu, a four-time National Wagyu Award winner known for its stunning marbling and buttery softness. The Japanese A4/A5 Miyazakigyu Teppan (160g, $58) delivers a melt-in-your-mouth experience that fans will love.

Beyond Wagyu, the restaurant offers a wide selection of value-friendly Australian cuts, including Flank Steak Teppan, Oyster Blade Teppan, Angus Oyster Blade Teppan, Sirloin Steak Teppan and Diced Cut Steak Teppan. Diners can also enjoy the popular Wagyu Hamburg Steak Teppan, Premium Pork Loin Steak Teppan, Chicken Leg & Wagyu Hamburg Teppan, Grilled Mackerel Teppan and Mentaiko Salmon Teppan.

Every teppan set includes rice, dessert and complimentary access to the free flow salad bar. Diners can enhance their meal with signature sauces including Bari Bari Sauce, Miyazaki Yakiniku, Okinawa Salt, Yuzu Onion Sauce and Wasabi Sauce.

For something comforting, Bari Bari Steak offers an appealing range of Japanese-style dons. Pork lovers will appreciate the Premium Buta Don, made with chestnut-fed pork and shimeji mushrooms, alongside the Premium Mentaiko Buta Don, Iberico Hoho Don and Buta Bara Don. Chicken options include the Chicken Teriyaki Don, Mentaiko Chicken Don and Chicken Nanban Don, while beef enthusiasts can enjoy the classic Gyu Don topped with a silky onsen egg. While dons do not include the salad bar, diners can enjoy it at 50 percent off on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

To round out the experience, Bari Bari Steak features a colourful lineup of tasty sides. These include the flavourful Aka Tai no Shochu Jikomi grilled red snapper, Grilled Ika, Ika Karaage, Iberico Hoho Yaki, Chicken Nanban, and Suji Nikomi Beef Tender, a savoury braised beef tendon dish. Fans of small bites will enjoy the addictive Black Truffle Mayo Fried Gyoza and Mentaiko Fried Gyoza, while Potato Wedges offer a simple and comforting option.

The drinks menu is extensive, showcasing a wide selection of sake, wine, shochu, umeshu, highballs, Japanese cocktails, mocktails and juices. Sake lovers can explore premium options like Kaiun Iwaizake Tokubetsu Honjozo and Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo, or opt for a sake flight to sample several varieties. Wine options range from Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay and Prosecco. Japanese cocktails such as Plum Blossom Tonic and Umeshu Sparkler offer light and refreshing drinks, while selected beverages come with all-day 1-for-1 promotions.

To celebrate its grand opening, Bari Bari Steak is launching a special 1-for-1 Teppan Promotion from 15 to 19 December. Diners will also receive a Spin-the-Wheel chance with each receipt, with exciting prizes including Free Bari Bari Teppan for One Year and return vouchers. Only three diners will take home the grand prize, with one winner picked daily.

Located in Tampines One, the restaurant is easily accessible via Tampines MRT and the adjoining bus interchange, with parking available within the mall. With its premium meats, sizzling teppan experience, generous salad bar and wallet-friendly promotions, Bari Bari Steak brings an exciting and satisfying Japanese dining experience to the heart of Tampines.
