KFC Singapore is giving fans a greener way to enjoy their favourite fried chicken.
The fast food chain has launched a new Loaded Salad Bowl, along with a Side Salad Cup and Corn Cup, giving diners more balanced options without missing out on KFC’s signature bold flavours.
The new items are part of KFC Singapore’s healthier menu range, with selected meals under 550 calories.
What’s New at KFC Singapore?
The star of the launch is the new Loaded Salad Bowl.
This salad is not your usual plain bowl of greens. It comes with freshly prepared Hot & Crispy chicken bites, served over a colourful mix of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn kernels.
It is designed to be lighter, fresher, and still satisfying. The bowl comes in at 309 kcal, with 19g of protein and 1g of fibre.
Diners can also choose between two dressings:
Kewpie Black Vinegar Onion Dressing or Caesar Dressing.
New Salad and Veggie Sides
KFC Singapore has also introduced two new side options for those who want to add more greens or fibre to their meal.
The new Side Salad Cup features crisp lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn kernels. It is a simple add-on for anyone who wants something fresh beside their fried chicken.
There is also the Corn Cup, a comforting and easy side for corn lovers.
Healthier Dining, Same KFC Flavour
KFC Singapore recently joined the Health Promotion Board’s Healthier Dining Programme. According to the brand, it is the first fried chicken Quick Service Restaurant in Singapore to do so.
The new salad items join KFC’s list of balanced meal options under 550 kcal, which includes:
- Original Recipe Porridge Meal with Black Coffee or Black Tea
- Famous Bowl Ala Carte
- Coleslaw Ala Carte
- Whipped Potato Ala Carte
With these additions, KFC Singapore aims to make it easier for diners to enjoy lighter choices while still getting the familiar taste they love.
KFC Singapore Giving Away 150 Free Loaded Salad Bowl
To celebrate the launch, KFC Singapore will be giving away 150 complimentary Loaded Salad Bowls for one day only.
The giveaway will happen on 20 May 2026, from 2pm onwards, at the KFC Harbourfront Centre outlet.
It is available to the first 150 customers, while stocks last.

Head down early if you want to redeem the free Loaded Salad Bowl, as only 150 bowls will be given away.
For a lighter meal, order the Loaded Salad Bowl Meal with Dasani Drinking Water. For something more filling, add a 1pc Tender or regular Whipped Potato.
The Side Salad Cup is also a good option if your friends are ordering fried chicken and you want to add something fresh to the table.
