Gino’s East, the legendary Chicago deep-dish pizza brand, is making an exciting comeback to Singapore on Wednesday, 15 January 2025. In collaboration with the Tenderfresh Group, this iconic name promises to bring its rich Chicago heritage to life with an elevated dining experience.
Fans can look forward to four signature deep-dish pizza flavours and an expanded menu of nine complementary dishes, available at four locations across Singapore: Tenderfresh Classic at Our Tampines Hub and Cheong Chin Nam (Beauty World), as well as Tenderbest Makcik Tuckshop outlets at Mega @ Woodlands and Jalan Kayu.
Deep-dish pizza is a unique take on traditional pizza, featuring layers of ingredients assembled in reverse order. A base of cheese is followed by flavourful proteins and crowned with a generous layer of chunky tomato sauce. This distinctive layering technique ensures the cheese melts perfectly without burning, creating a harmonious blend of flavours in every bite.
For its Singapore relaunch, Gino’s East will introduce four signature 9-inch deep-dish pizzas. The lineup includes the debut of the Beef Pepperoni Supreme ($30), alongside returning favourites like the Cheesy Legend ($29), Spinach Margherita ($28), and the indulgent Meaty Legend ($33), packed with rich, savoury toppings.

Beyond pizza, Gino’s East Singapore will offer an array of exciting dishes. Highlights include the Chicken Parmigiana Pasta ($13.90), served with breaded chicken and caponata; Signature Buffalo-BBQ Chicken Wings paired with celery, carrots, and house-made ranch dressing; Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Pasta in spicy Arrabbiata sauce; and the creamy Pasta Alfredo with Smoked Duck ($11.90), featuring fusilli, zucchini, and smoked duck breast.
