Looking for a place to indulge in authentic Singaporean flavours? Check out CAFÉ O that offers local staples such as Malay Ginger Fried Chicken with Chicken Rice, Salted Egg Prata, Nasi Briyani, Dry Mee Siam, and more, all freshly prepared in-house daily.

With three outlets across Singapore (Bugis, Changi Airport T2, Holland Village), CAFÉ O presents a simple yet comprehensive selection that caters to every craving for quintessential local fare.

Delight in the Salted Egg Prata ($6.80; Bugis exclusive), featuring luscious molten salted egg enveloped in crispy prata or try the sweet and savoury Hae Bee Hiam Prata ($4.50) that is made with condensed milk and scoops of Hae Bee Hiam layered within.

Other options include their Signature Prata, meticulously prepared à la minute, boasting a crisp and airy texture that pairs seamlessly with accompanying curries or a special Nian Gao Prata ($6.80) for a sweet delight.

For something more filling, try the Dry Mee Siam ($6.50) for a harmonious blend of sweet, spicy, sour, and savoury flavours. Cooked from scratch using freshly minced garlic, onion, turmeric, chilli and dried shrimp, this dish will whet your appetite for more.

Rice options available include Nasi Briyani (Chicken $9.50/ Mutton $10.50), available with tender chicken or mutton, showcasing fragrant spiced rice steamed to perfection.

Or opt for the Nasi Lemak (from $6.80) that features fragrant coconut milk-infused rice paired with an array of delights you can choose “point-point” style to your liking.

Malay Ginger Fried Chicken Rice

With many local delights available, we would recommend you try the Malay Ginger Fried Chicken Rice ($9.80) if you had to choose. A fusion of Malay-style fried chicken and traditional Chinese chicken rice, this is a dish that is bursting with explosive flavours.

Soft Bun Set

For quick bites, opt for the Soft Bun Set, Putu Mayam Set, or Chee Cheong Fun Set, complemented by local hot drinks such as Teh Tarik and Teh Halia.

Aspiring to showcase Singapore’s unique food heritage all in one spot, visit CAFÉ O for some of Singapore’s quintessential fare today!
