- YUN NANS Prosperity Treasure Hot Pot: The sumptuous golden broth is stewed for six hours with a medley of ingredients, ensuring a rich and flavourful base. Adorned with a selection of exquisite and auspicious components symbolizing abundance and good fortune.
- Steamed Tiger Grouper (Spicy Garlic Lime): Yunnan-style sour and spicy steamed fish with specialty Yunnan preserved vegetables, plums, limes, and chilies.
- Crispy Roast Chicken: Prepared with young chicken for tender meat, served with an in-house chili sauce made with a blend of seven types of Yunnan’s chilies.
- Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf: Made with specially sourced Hakka preserved vegetables from Dabu County, resulting in chewy grains bursting with flavour in every bite.
Diners can also look forward to the first-ever Steampot Pencai, served in their distinctive granite stone pot during the same period!
