In collaboration with One MICHELIN star Khao from Bangkok, PARKROYAL’s Ginger presents “Flavours Of Siam & Home” with an array of signature items that will bring you on a culinary journey through Singapore’s diverse heritage and the unique spices of Thailand from 6 to 29 October 2023.
Here are some dishes you can look forward to:
- Lamb Shank (Massaman Nua Nong Gae)
The lamb shank is cooked to tenderness in massaman curry, a mildly spicy, sweet, tangy and aromatic Thai curry that is actually a fusion containing ingredients from the Indian Subcontinent, Malay Archipelago and native Thai Cuisine.
- Phad Thai With Prawns (Phad Thai Goong)
Try the real Thai smoky and savoury pad thai, stir-fried in a hot wok until the noodles come out dry with smokiness, serving a good balance of sweet, salty, sour and of course paired with large prawns.
- Beef Shank Green Curry (Gaeng Kiew Whan Nua Nong Lai)
The beef shank is simmered to fragrant bites in a light and aromatic green curry, providing sweetness, a citrusy twang and undertones of lime and lemongrass.
- Thai Red Ruby Dessert (Tub Tim Grob)
Red rubies, resembling the jewel it’s named after, is a refreshing Thai dessert made with crunchy water chestnut and velvety buttery coconut cream.

‘Flavours of Siam & Home’ is priced at $78++ per adult and $39++ per child from Monday to Thursday; $88++ per adult and $44++ per child from Friday to Sunday, public holidays and eve of public holidays.
