Elevating classic dishes on their menu, this includes their succulent Dry Roasted Sotong, comforting Spinach Soup, juicy Nan Ru Fried Pork, rich Bee Hoon Crab Soup, the intense Fragrant Lala, as well as timeless offerings of Oyster Omelette and Braised Beancurd with Crab Meat.
A off menu specialty at Chuang-Yi Seafood also includes their Twin Spare Ribs 双味排骨 which sees quality cuts of pork ribs being marinated and deep fried to perfection.
With a crisp exterior and tender juicy meat, pair it with a side of zesty chilli or their special spice mix blend created by the chef for extra bursts of flavour.
