Fan of Ramen Champion rejoice as the brand is releasing a new offering that will satiate your hunger for delicious noodles! Limited to just 30 bowls a day on weekdays only, the Tori Paitan Stamina Shio Ramen will be available from 10 to 21 October 2022.
The cousin of the beloved tonkotsu broth, the soup is made wholly with chicken, vegetables, three kinds of sea salt and garlic that are prepped and simmered for over 12 hours to extract their essences and goodness. This results in a rich, creamy and collagen filled broth that will have you savouring every mouthful.
The Tori Paitan Stamina Shio Ramen comes with fall-off-the-bone whole chicken leg, which is cooked in chicken broth and then marinated in rich Char Shu sauce. Topped with ninniku (garlic), a flowly Ajitsuke egg and heaps of boiled crunchy beansprouts and cabbage, thick Jiro-style flat noodles are added for a well rounded meal.
Home to five Japanese F&B brands, Ramen Champion houses Tonkotsu Ikkyu, Don Meijin, Menya Ryu, Buta God and Taishoken which prepares varied styles of the beloved ramen. Check out Tonkotsu Ikkyu for pork bone tonkotsu ramen, Buta God for sukiyaki pork ramen or for a Sapporo-style miso-based ramen, you should not miss Menya Ryu’s renditions.
For dipping noodles, Taishoken’s tsukemen offerings takes over 15 hours to prepare that ensures every sip of it is packed with an umami note or if you prefer rice to noodles, Don Meijin doles out delicious donburis, where each bowl brims with short-grain Japanese rice that is specially imported from Hokkaido.
